CriKcal To Quality (CTQ) criteria are vital measurable characterisKcs of a product that must meet specific performance standards or specificaKon limits to saKsfy the customer. These criteria represent the product or service a\ributes outlined by the customer, whether internal or external. As previously menKoned, ZAPIDAX meKculously develops a comprehensive documentaKon package for each product, including a Process Flow, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, TesKng Procedures, and Work InstrucKon. This documentaKon explicitly defines the measurement method, acceptance criteria, and recovery plan for all CTQs.

Before the producKon of each product begins, the product realizaKon plan is evaluated against data and defect details from previous similar producKon runs. Necessary process correcKons are made based on this benchmarking.

Monitoring & measurement of Process & Products is carried out at different stages of the operation, such as the Incoming stage, the In-process stage, the Testing stage and the Final stage. In each stage, based on the customer requirement, we make use of different Inspection machines & Test equipment.

A robust so^ware-based ProducKon Management System ensures that only accepted products advance to the next stage of producKon.

Quality indicators such as Yield, Defects Per Million OperaKons (DPMO), DefecKve Parts Per Million (DPPM), and StaKsKcal Process Control (SPC) trends are conKnuously defined and monitored using so^ware tools like the ProducKon Management System (PMS), Electronic Device Health Records (EDHR), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are prominently displayed on large panel displays near managers' offices for real-Kme monitoring and review. The cost of poor quality is rouKnely assessed as part of Quality Control (QC) and discussed during Management Review MeeKngs (MRM).

These rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) pracKces ensure that our products consistently comply with internaKonal standards such as UL cerKficaKon, RoHS (RestricKons on Hazardous Substances), and REACH (RegistraKon, EvaluaKon, AuthorizaKon & RestricKon on Chemicals). We also issue a CerKficate of Compliance with each shipment, adhering to customer specificaKons
