Our project management process is well-defined, encompassing project planning, monitoring and control, risk management, configuraKon management, and metrics analysis. Projects are executed according to various so^ware development methodologies, including both generic approaches like waterfall, iteraKve, and incremental models, as well as custom workflows tailored to specific project certificate.
The Quality & TesKng Group (QTG) plays a central role in internal quality assurance and so^ware tesKng acKviKes at ZAPIDAX. QTG oversees processes and procedures across the organizaKon to maintain the necessary standard of quality in all aspects of our operaKons. We employ a team of experienced consultants and trainers with a proven track record in processes and procedures for obtaining and maintaining cerKficaKons such as CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 26262, ISO 13485, TL 9000, TS 16949, and ASPICE. This team is responsible for Quality Assurance (QA), while a separate team of experienced testers handles Quality Control (QC). AddiKonally, our QA and QC professionals provide services to other so^ware and related companies. The organizaKon's Quality Management System is overseen and maintained by the Engineering Process Group (EPG), consisKng of senior members of the organizaKon.
